If you will look to the right where it shows the archive calendar you will notice two new options under a heading of Contact the Author. The first is email, if you drop me an email I will get it day or night and will try to respond as soon as possible. The second method yahoo messenger, if you see that I am online feel free to send me a message. If I am offline send me a message and I will respond when I get online or add me to your buddy list my screen name is psyne_wave.

My name is Mark Flavin and I am the Director of Information Technology for the Bay East Association of REALTORS. Prior to this role I worked for three years as the lead support technician for the Association and am the developer of the Autofix support utility and have worked on a number of Real Estate related technologies.
